Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
Citizens State Bank (CSB) is pleased to provide information for public inspection under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Interested parties can review the data provided and print hard copies of documents as needed. We are able to provide printed copies of these documents; however, please note we may charge a reasonable fee to cover copying and mailing expenses. Under the CRA, the following information must be maintained in a public file, current as of the April 1 of each year.
- All public comments received for the current year and the prior two calendar years. (Currently there are no comments)
- A copy of the Public Evaluation of the bank's most recent CRA Performance Evaluation.
- A list of Branch Locations, with hours of operation.
- A list of Services Provided by Branch and Loan Products available at CSB.
- Branches opened or closed by the bank during the prior two calendar years.
- The CSB Disclosure Statements for the prior two calendar years 2023, 2022,
- The Assessment Areas Maps are of the communities we serve. Dunn County WI, Hennepin County MN, Pierce County WI, Ramsey County MN, St. Croix County WI, Washington County MN.
