Lost or Stolen Card

If your Citizens State Bank Debit/ATM card is lost or stolen, here’s what you need to do: 

  • Call us immediately 715-386-9050
  • Call the 24/7 Help Desk
  • Cancel your card either via your Mobile App or Online Banking
    • Go to your Manage Cards Box on dashboard, choose the card that was lost or stolen, select the correct option to cancel the card
  • You will need to have a new bank card issued once you cancel your current one.
If you would like a replacement card, please contact us.   A card will not be automatically sent. 
Changing your PIN (personal identification number) for your Debit/ATM card is easy. 
  • Call 888-891-2435 our 24/7 Help Desk
  • Call 800-229-4769 our Telebank Line, option 1, option 3
  • Go to an ATM at Citizens State Bank in Hudson, Roberts or Woodville
You can also "hold" your card via online banking under Manage Cards on dashboard. This will stop the ability to use the card and give you an opportunity to look for the card before having to cancel.
