Lost or Stolen Card
If your Citizens State Bank Debit/ATM card is lost or stolen, here’s what you need to do:
- Call us immediately 715-386-9050
- Call the 24/7 Help Desk
- Cancel your card either via your Mobile App or Online Banking
- Go to your Manage Cards Box on dashboard, choose the card that was lost or stolen, select the correct option to cancel the card
- You will need to have a new bank card issued once you cancel your current one.

If you would like a replacement card, please contact us. A card will not be automatically sent.

- Go to an ATM at Citizens State Bank in Hudson, Roberts or Woodville
